Félix-Houphouët-Boigny International is held under concession by AERIA, whose administration works Monday to Friday 07:45-16:30 while customs, fuelling and handling all run around the clock. The aeronautical information publication records two agreements between AERIA and Menzies Aviation and Bolloré Africa Logistics, and airside signage marks a dedicated general aviation area. A business-aviation centre appears in AERIA's investment plans rather than in operation, so nothing here should be read as an existing FBO terminal.
