1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FBO Finder application or website (fbo-finder.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FBO Finder is a directory of Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) and private aviation terminals worldwide. The service provides:

• A searchable database of airports and FBO terminals.
• Terminal information including contact details, services, and opening hours.
• A flight time calculator for business aviation.
• A system for submitting handling requests to FBOs.
• User reviews and ratings of terminals.

3. User Accounts

You may use FBO Finder without an account for basic browsing. Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Handling Requests

Handling requests submitted through FBO Finder are forwarded to the relevant FBO. FBO Finder acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee that an FBO will accept or respond to your request. The contractual relationship for handling services is between you and the FBO directly.

5. Information Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of terminal information, but we cannot guarantee that all information (including opening hours, services, contact details, and pricing) is current or complete. Always verify critical information directly with the FBO before your flight.

6. User Content

When you submit reviews, photos, or error reports, you grant FBO Finder a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use this content within the service. Reviews are moderated before publication. We reserve the right to remove content that is:

• Defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate.
• False or misleading.
• In violation of any applicable laws.
• Spam or commercial solicitation.

7. FBO Accounts

FBO operators can claim their terminal through the application or website. FBO account holders can edit their terminal information, respond to reviews, and manage handling requests. FBO Finder reserves the right to verify FBO account claims.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false handling requests or fake reviews.
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service.
• Interfere with the service's operation or security.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

9. Limitation of Liability

FBO Finder is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to: inaccurate terminal information, failed handling requests, flight delays, or any losses related to decisions made based on information in the app.

10. Intellectual Property

The FBO Finder name, logo, design, and codebase are the property of FBO Finder. Terminal data and photographs may be sourced from public databases (Wikimedia Commons) and user contributions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
