Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FBO Finder application or website (fbo-finder.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. FBO Finder is a service operated by Libra International FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with registered office at Premises 23414-001, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Dubai Silicon Oasis (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FBO Finder is a directory of Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) and private aviation terminals worldwide. The service provides:

  • A searchable database of airports and FBO terminals.
  • Terminal information including contact details, services, and opening hours.
  • A flight time calculator for business aviation.
  • A system for submitting handling requests to FBOs.
  • User reviews and ratings of terminals.
  • Partner subscriptions for FBO operators (paid monthly or annually via Stripe).

3. User Accounts

You may use FBO Finder without an account for basic browsing. Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access at support@fbo-finder.com.

4. Handling Requests

Handling requests submitted through FBO Finder are forwarded to the relevant FBO. FBO Finder acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee that an FBO will accept or respond to your request. The contractual relationship for handling services is between you and the FBO directly.

5. Information Accuracy

All airport, terminal, runway, contact, fuel, customs, opening-hours and aircraft-performance information is compiled from third-party sources (including OurAirports, Wikimedia, OpenStreetMap, FBO operator websites, and user contributions). Despite verification efforts, some sources may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. We do not warrant the accuracy of any data and you must independently verify any information (including opening hours, services, contact details, GPS coordinates, runway length, and pricing) directly with the FBO and official sources before relying on it for any operational, navigational, financial, or travel decision.

6. User Content

When you submit reviews, photos, or error reports, you grant FBO Finder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use this content within the service. Reviews are moderated before publication. We reserve the right to remove content that is:

  • Defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate.
  • False, misleading, or otherwise fraudulent.
  • In violation of any applicable laws.
  • Spam or commercial solicitation.

7. FBO Accounts & Partner Subscriptions

FBO operators can claim their terminal through the application or website. FBO account holders can edit their terminal information, respond to reviews, and manage handling requests. Paid Partner subscriptions (billed monthly or annually via Stripe) unlock analytics, priority listing and review responses; current pricing is presented to verified FBO managers in the dashboard. Partner status is activated after payment is verified by our team. Partner subscriptions may be canceled at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal; canceled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false handling requests or fake reviews.
  • Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service in bulk without written consent.
  • Interfere with the service's operation or security.
  • Impersonate another person, FBO, or entity.
  • Use the service to harass, defame, or harm another user or FBO.

9. Limitation of Liability

FBO Finder is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

(a) Data accuracy. All airport, terminal, runway, contact, fuel, customs, opening-hours and aircraft-performance data is compiled from third-party sources and, despite verification efforts, may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You must independently verify any information before relying on it for any operational, navigational, financial, or travel decision.

(b) Runway / aircraft compatibility. Any aircraft runway-compatibility indicator, estimated takeoff/landing distance, or rating is an INDICATIVE PLANNING AID ONLY, derived from published manufacturer figures at maximum weight adjusted for field elevation. It is NOT operational authority and must never be the basis for a flight, takeoff, or landing decision. The final go/no-go determination rests solely with the aircraft operator and pilot-in-command using the official Aircraft Flight Manual with actual weight, weather, runway condition, slope, contamination and wind.

(c) No liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any personal injury, death, property damage, aircraft incident or accident, financial loss, flight delay, diversion, missed connection, failed handling request, or any other loss whatsoever arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the service or any information obtained through it — even if advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the legal theory.

(d) Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claim, liability, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or any decision you make based on information in the app.

(e) Jurisdictional limits. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in such cases the Company’s liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

The FBO Finder name, logo, design, and codebase are the property of Libra International FZCO. Terminal data and photographs may be sourced from public databases (Wikimedia Commons, OpenStreetMap) and user contributions. Respective rights remain with their original authors where applicable.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app, or by contacting support@fbo-finder.com.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the regulations of the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority or the relevant UAE Free Zone authority hosting Libra International FZCO. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.

Protection for EU consumers.Nothing in this clause prevents an EU-based consumer from bringing proceedings in the courts of their country of residence, or relying on mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country, as provided by Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels I recast) and Directive 93/13/EEC on unfair terms in consumer contracts. Similarly, nothing in these Terms limits a consumer’s non-waivable rights under their local law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
