Ground handling at Agostinho Neto International is provided around the clock by Congo Handling SA, per the ASECNA aeronautical information publication, with customs and immigration also on 24-hour service. Jet A-1 is supplied by SNPC Service Aviation through two 20,000-litre bowsers, and maximum lifting capacity on the ramp is 15 tonnes.
